FAQ

To create a request, follow these steps: 1. Select the exchange direction β€” choose the cryptocurrency you want to send in the "You Send" field and the one you want to receive in the "You Receive" field, then enter the amount. 2. Fill in your details: email address and the wallet address where you want to receive the funds. Optionally, provide your Telegram for faster communication. 3. Check the box confirming you agree with the exchange terms and AML policy. 4. Click "Continue" β€” you will see the deposit address and the exact amount to send. 5. Transfer the exact amount shown to the provided wallet address. 6. After your transaction receives the required blockchain confirmations, the exchanged funds will be automatically sent to your wallet.
You can track the status of your exchange in the exchange window. If you've closed it, contact our support on Telegram @CDEXCHANGE_Support β€” provide your email or wallet address, and we'll give you an update. Also, when your exchange status changes, a notification will be sent to the email you provided when creating the request.
AML (Anti-Money Laundering) is a set of measures aimed at preventing the laundering of illegally obtained funds. All incoming cryptocurrency on our platform undergoes automatic AML screening via Crystal Analytics. For standard exchanges, no identity verification is required. However, if a transaction is flagged as high-risk, we may request additional information. This protects both you and the platform from involvement in illegal activities.
There can be several reasons: 1. The transaction hasn't received enough blockchain confirmations yet. BTC and ETH typically require 2–3 confirmations, TRC-20 requires 1. Wait a few minutes and check the status in a block explorer. 2. You sent a different amount than specified in the request. In this case, a recalculation will be made based on the actual amount received. 3. There may be congestion on the blockchain network causing delays. Our system processes automatically β€” in most cases, just wait. 4. If more than 30 minutes have passed since confirmation and you still haven't received funds, contact our support on Telegram @CDEXCHANGE_Support with your email or transaction hash.
The standard exchange limits are approximately 80 to 10,000 USDT equivalent per transaction. If you need to exchange a larger amount, please contact our support team on Telegram @CDEXCHANGE_Support. We can arrange individual terms for large orders, including a personalized rate and priority processing.
Most exchanges are completed within 5–30 minutes after the required number of blockchain confirmations. Processing time depends on the specific cryptocurrency network β€” Bitcoin can take longer due to block generation time, while TRC-20 tokens are usually faster. Possible reasons for delays: β€’ High network congestion on the blockchain β€’ Technical maintenance on our side (rare, usually completed quickly) β€’ The AML system flagged the transaction for manual review β€’ Incorrect amount sent (requires manual recalculation) If your exchange is taking longer than expected, contact our support β€” we're available 24/7.

No. Our exchange operates with full transparency. The commission of 0.7% is already included in the rate you see in the calculator. There are no additional or hidden fees from our side. The only extra cost is the blockchain network fee (gas fee), which is charged by the network itself and is not controlled by us. The network fee depends on the current congestion of the respective blockchain.
Unfortunately, cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible by design β€” once a transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, it cannot be undone. If you realized the mistake immediately after sending, contact our support on Telegram @CDEXCHANGE_Support as soon as possible. If the funds were sent to our address but for a different order, we may be able to help redirect them. However, if funds were sent to an address not controlled by us, recovery is not possible. Always double-check the wallet address before confirming a transfer.
